Hi everyone,

I’m Florentina Ticau, originally from Romania and a proud mother of two boys. Since moving to London in 2013, I’ve worked in the housekeeping departments of various hotels, advancing from room attendant to Executive Head Housekeeper. I studied Hospitality Management at Anglia Ruskin University, which has been instrumental in shaping my career. 

In January, I began my role with HFC as a Hotel Facility Manager, overseeing the company’s hotels in London. I am passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to delivering excellent service through teamwork and continuous improvement. My responsibilities include managing housekeeping operations, financial processes, client relations, and team performance. I guide the Housekeeping Manager and clients on financial protocols, conduct audits, prepare forecasts, and lead meetings to analyze performance and maintain quality standards. Additionally, I manage contract execution, coordinate internal audits, and focus on team development, wellbeing, and social events.
