Policy Statement on Quality HFC Group BV
The quality policy of HFC Group BV is aimed at achieving an optimal working environment. This can be achieved by guaranteeing the quality of the work carried out, the health and welfare of its employees and third parties.
HFC Group BV has set up and implemented a system for this purpose under the name HFC Way of Working. The HFC Way of Working system is aimed at continuing to meet the requirements of customers for the various sectors served by HFC Group BV through continuous improvement and innovation. The pursuit of continuous improvement focuses on service quality and reliability. HFC Group BV strives to comply with laws and regulations. This requires continuous alertness of all employees in the organization. We actively involve our employees in achieving our objectives. To this end, every employee in the organization will be held accountable for the performance of assigned tasks in the field of quality.
To support this policy, we have established the HFC Way of Working based on ISO-9001. The general objectives derived from these are:

This policy statement is part of the annual policy plan of HFC Group BV and is evaluated at least once a year during the management review and adjusted where necessary. Specific Quality objectives are set annually and based on the management review.
Emma van der Zouwen has been appointed by the management as process and information manager and is responsible for the implementation and control of the procedures of the HFC Way of Working, which also comply with the applicable standard of ISO9001.
